1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Autopia Mobile Detailing ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Limitation of Liability

Prior to beginning service, our team will inspect and document any pre-existing damage. Autopia is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising during or after your service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide an accurate service location and access (gate codes, etc.).

  • Ensure adequate space is available, especially in apartment or shared areas.

  • Disclose the vehicle’s true condition at time of booking.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

If our technician identifies additional issues or excessive buildup not disclosed in advance, we will consult you before beginning the service. Additional charges may apply.

5. Weather Policy

  • Customers should consider weather conditions when booking.

  • Same-day weather-related rescheduling is allowed.

  • We are not responsible for reduced results or new dirt/damage caused by weather post-service.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 30% of the total cost.

  • No-shows are also subject to this fee.

  • Weather-related cancellations are exempt.

7. Emergency Cancellations (Company-Initiated)

In rare cases, Autopia may need to cancel service with short notice due to emergencies. We will notify you immediately and prioritize rescheduling.

8. Add-On Services

Pet Hair Removal

This is a separate add-on due to the time involved. If not selected and pet hair is excessive, our team may offer it on-site for an added fee or clean around it.

Excessive Dirt

Heavily soiled vehicles may require an additional charge. Our technician will confirm any add-ons before proceeding.

Other Add-Ons

Any extra services will be discussed and approved by you beforehand. No surprise fees.

9. Photo & Video Use

By receiving our service, you authorize us to use photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Marketing Communications

Your contact details may be used for appointment-related communication and internal promotions. You can opt out at any time.

11. Service Completion & Approval

Before we finish:

  • You’ll have the chance to inspect your vehicle.

  • Once you sign off, the service is finalized.

  • No further changes or touch-ups will be made after our technician leaves.

12. Child Safety Seats

For safety and liability reasons, we do not remove or reinstall child car seats. If left in the vehicle, we will clean around them.

13. Environmental & Product Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for water runoff on driveways, sidewalks, or landscaping.

  • Customers should notify us of any sensitive areas beforehand.

  • We use scented soaps/products; please inform us in advance if you have allergies or prefer unscented options.

14. Non-Disparagement Clause

If you're unhappy with your service, please reach out directly before leaving public feedback. We're committed to resolving issues professionally and promptly.
